I wanted to take the time to say how much I continue to be impressed by your company's service. It's absolutely amazing and I hope it is one of the key features that singles you out in your field.
Steve is very well suited to training and walking clients through the programming/design process. I've gone through this 3 years ago with our Nortel system but I thought I would provide you with feedback in how much value he adds to your company. Not sure if one of the contributing factors is he was formerly a teacher by profession but he is able to communicate/explain in various forms if someone doesn't grasp the concept or information. The only important factor is not only is he good at it, he also enjoys it. It's a great combination. It's the best I've seen so far in having dealt with communications companies in my professional career. Kudos to you for recognizing what is important to clients and what strengths and talents your staff possess. I would NOT hesitate for a moment to recommend you.
