At KOSS we are committed to provide you with the fastest, most responsive and reliable service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.

We guarantee that within 4 hours of a system failure, KOSS will access the system remotely or be on site with a qualified service technician to resolve the problem.

When minor problems arise we will respond to it by the following business day. If you require add on services, equipment moves, or other changes you can be sure that we will respond promptly and based on your schedule.

KOSS Communication Systems maintains a complete service department responsible for troubleshooting, installations, and other cable and equipment moves, adds, and changes. Our technicians are trained to work quickly, politely, and diligently to ensure a quality job. When you call, you’ll get a quick response. Our technicians are radio dispatched and carry all the necessary material and testing equipment typically required for service.

As always KOSS offers a free system-programming change after the first 15 days following installation.
